Q : How do I make payment after I have placed an order?

Just click the checkout bar if you have any coupons enter them now. Now after it has been upgraded Click Checkout and a PayPal window should appear, you can now process your payment through PayPal!




Q : How does price match work?

A : We offer a very competitive price match system, how to get a price match is very simple. Send and e-mail to top-d2@hotmail.com with what you want to order and what the total comes to on our website, then link another website and give us what the total comes to there. We will send you a coupon for the difference + 5% off.



Q : How will I receive my items from the site once I've paid for them?

A : Our preferred method of delivery for Diablo 2 is through a temporary "mule" account. As soon as we've verified your payment we will create a unique account, place your order onto a character within that account and email you the account name and password. Once this is done, you'll have 10 days to retrieve your items before the "mule" will expire.



Q : How do I transfer items by myself?

A : 

We realize that many customers do not have two computers or don't know people they can trust to help them move items, so we recommend transferring alone in a private game. This process is actually quite simple, and it requires the following steps:

1. Log in with the character you plan to give the items to and create a private game with a simple name and password you won't forget.
2. Play in the game for a minimum of ten minutes. Don't be impatient, and make sure you wait the full amount of time. DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS ON THE GROUND AT THIS POINT!
3. Leave the game and wait in the chat channel for a full 60 seconds, then rejoin the passworded game.
4. If you get back into the game, it means that it's now completely "stable" and it will stay open with no one in it for up to three or four minutes. DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS ON THE GROUND AT THIS POINT!
5. Log out of your account and onto the mule account, join the game, drop the item or items onto the ground, then leave the game and log back in with the character they are intended for.

Please note that we CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for any items lost using this method. OR as a Easier Method you can contact our live support team and we can assist you in transferring items by holding them in Game for you while you get the desired character!




Q : What does it mean when an item is Not Permed?

A : A few of the items we sell are subject to the ID tag scan and deletion process. On the realms these items are commonly known as Dupes, we refer to them as ¡°Not Permed.¡± The B.net servers currently use only one definition to define what a "Dupe" is and most items are completely immune to it for various reasons. The few items we sell that are a deletion risk are clearly marked on the site with the "Not Permed" label, and by purchasing them you are accepting a small element of risk.



Q : What if it has been over 48 hours and I still have not received my order?

A : While we will do our utmost best to have your items delivered within several hours of payment, 99% of our customer receive it within 24 hrs. Most of our customer email filter our mail to junk mail or bulk mail, please check those areas. If you still can't find the email we sent to you, please drop us a mail we will look into the issue.
